Happy hump day, humans!
This week’s recipe is an adaptation of a dish in That Sounds So Good. Instead of serving it over rice, I used tteok (Korean rice cakes), which frankly every person should have in their freezer.
They give the dish a firm chewiness that makes it super fun to eat. There’s also a few other glow-ups that deepen the flavor (and you probably have them in your pantry already).
