If you’ve been watching my videos even a little bit this year, you’ve seen me cook with Goldilocks Cookware. They make excellent stainless steel cookware (and enameled cast iron, too!) and since working with the brand I find myself reaching for my stainless wayyyyyy more than in the past. (Still love my cast iron and black steel, don’t get me wrong, but I truly have a new love for stainless.)
These are the skillets going from stovetop to oven in my pan-roasting forever video. When I shot my Essential Cookware episode, I declared that stainless could take the place of nonstick cookware, as long as you know how to use it (tl;dr heat it up before adding oil, and the surface is as slick as Lisa Rinna’s lipglossed lips). They’re seen in action here, as delicate crepes just slide like fat seals right out of the skillet.

This is awesome, Carla! But the dates at the bottom seem wrong - today is the 13th, Wednesday would be the 15th and Friday is the 17th.
