As some of you are aware, I have been on Patreon since the fall of 2020. At the time, Patreon supported video content and Substack did not, and I was primarily focused on video.
My paid subscribers made it possible for me to produce videos at home, and that was huge.
Food Processing is hosted on Substack because I know there are a lot of you out there who frankly don’t f*ck with Patreon. We all have our preferred platforms or apps, and I don’t want that to get in our way.
