Hi! I’m back with the highest pony I’ve ever sustained in a video and want to share a little of what’s coming in tomorrow’s video and recipe for Grilled Corn Salad with Tomato Vinaigrette. This dish should sustain you from now until we succumb to the wretched fall equinox in September.
Embedded in the video is the only method I ever use for grilling corn. I’ve done it all—the soaking, the half-shucking, the full shuck, etc. Turns out the best way is also the easiest way. We love when that happens.
For non-grillers and other indoor cooks: do everything exactly as I say and do, but in a large cast-iron skillet set over medium-high heat.
