Hello My Special Rice Sprinkles!
Thanks for popping into the very special Live yesterday with the fabulous Jenn Lueke. (And if you missed it, we got you: the recording is at the top of this post!) The demo was especially lively and it was great to have a crossover audience between Jenn’s subscribers and mine.
This week, I got to sit back and sip an iced mocha while Jenn effortlessly prepped the marinade and quickles for my Gochujang Broiled Salmon Bowl recipe. I got to hear all about her new (first!) cookbook—brilliantly titled Don’t Think About Dinner—and talked a bit about mine, which is still Book Three until I have an official name to share!
As usual, chatter topics swam the ocean from Actually Useful Cooking Information! to Isn’t Conversation Amazing Sometimes?

There will be no Live next week (try to keep the sadness to a minimum). I’ll be back Wednesday, October 8th at 12:00 PM ET to collab with Jenn Leuke once again, making one of her recipes this time. It will be my first time trying rice ramen!
