Hello My Little Melon Seeds!
It was a misty and drippy day here in Brooklyn, much too dreary to be inside. I took my melon salad set-up out to the deck and did today’s live demo al fresco.
Are there four ingredients in this salad, including salt? Yes.

The one good thing about summer being over (see above) is that we can light fires and cook outside without perishing from heat stroke.
