Greetings from set, aka my home kitchen, where for the next couple of days, I’ll be shooting six (6!!) new recipes that I want you to know about now.
These videos won’t start rolling out for a few weeks, but I’m stoked on all of them. It’s the weather. The produce. The light, the joy. There were sugar snap peas at the market on Saturday morning and I audibly squealed when I saw them.
One idea I’ve been toying with is releasing new recipes for subscribers after we wrap the shoot, rather than waiting until the video has gone through post-production and comes out on YouTube. Are you particularly wedded to getting the video and the recipe on the same day? Or would having the written recipe in advance make you happy? Tell me in this poll!
