HELLO CUTIES!
Pamela Adlon and I met in the hallowed halls of Bon Appétit on March 4, 2020 (above). MARCH FOURTH TWENTY-TWENTY. Let that sink in. We did not know that the globe was about to implode. We were too busy recording an episode of the BA Foodcast and simultaneously falling in love.
Over the past four years, Pamela and I have texted back and forth about our love for vintage cookbooks, whether it’s okay to leave cooked brisket out all night, and the joys of sleeping like a starfish in the center of the bed. Her episode is about the heartbreak of chicken bones wasted, shattered Pyrex casseroles, and the petite-person kitchen accessory we’re taking to Shark Tank.
