This is the recipe that Cosmo developed after owning the Ninja Creami Deluxe for a couple of months. It is a rich, but not overly sweet, creamy (without dairy) chocolate frozen dessert that has a sophisticated amount of salt in it. We worked on the recipe together—it’s really his invention—and he pushed me on the salt. He was right!
If you are at all interested in gifting the Ninja this year, jump on it. They were in very low stock back in September when I was on the hunt, and I have a feeling they’ll be huge for the holidays, too.
