As I sat down to write this, it felt like I was going to have too much to say, and decided to make this video, instead. Watching it is hypothetically easier than writing (or reading). TL; dr (dw?):On Monday, November 25, the monthly subscription for Food Processing is going up to $7, and the annual will be $75.
What does this mean?
If you’re already an annual subscriber, do nothing—you’re locked in at the existing rate.
If you’re a monthly subscriber, consider switching to annual for $50, which is less than paying monthly à la carte. You’ll also secure the current subscription rate indefinitely.
If you’re on the unpaid plan, this little window of time (before 11/25) affords you the ability to go from free to paid at the OG cost.
Why Am I Doing This?
My subscription rate has stayed flat since I launched a year and a half ago. Adding the podcast has increased my operating expenses, but I really want to keep it going. Additionally, I am shifting away from YouTube to focus on new recipe development and service-oriented writing for Food Processing.
I’m going all in and hope you’ll be there, too.
