Hi Dahlia! For a normal messiness level, regular soap and water with a sponge or a standard green scrubbie thing works fine. If you get any kind of splatter from oil that is brown, sticky and/or gunky, I use steel wool and Bar Keepers Friend (or Bon Ami).
