I made the Turkish eggs style recipe. Subbed parsley instead of dill as I’m not a dill fan. Can’t find Aleppo pepper in the UK so put zartaar and a little chili crisp at the end. Will try the other two recipes over the weekend!
These look great. I love cottage cheese. I like to add a bunch of everything bagel seasoning to it, maybe some blender parm, and black pepper and put it on top of a baked potato. So delicious.
