Okay, I realize I wasn’t clear. We married the roasted peppers with the tomato recipe for tomato-and-roasted-pepper-garlicky-delight. Whatever it was, we’ll be making it anytime we have great tomatoes. 🍅

Are the ounces for the big batch cocktail fluid ounces or weight ounces? (I am an annoying scientist by trade and have to ask these pesky questions)
it's both! in this case the fluid matches the weight, like water. I did everything on a scale during the shoot and during development!
