Welcome back to the gift guide, brought to you by the five elements of flavor, Sweet, Sour, Salty, Bitter, and Umami.
We’ve arrived at the inflection point: SALTY. Can you imagine life before those poor biped mammals had ever tasted salt? That’s no way to live. They walked so we could put pinches off flaky salt on literally everything.
If salt were a color, I think it would be blue. Obviously we’re getting into strong ocean vibes, little fishes, fancy crystals, and of course, cured meats.
Should this have gone out yesterday? Yes. Have I included almost four times as many gifts as I did on Monday? Also yes. Any other questions?
